Why digital is different
Kits and unlocks are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" once downloaded. That's why the free demo exists: brew a few real mockups first and make sure Mockabrew fits your shop before you pay.
When we'll refund
- Your purchase didn't unlock or the download never arrived, and we can't fix it.
- The kit or engine doesn't work on a supported, up-to-date browser and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- You request within 14 days and haven't downloaded the paid kit or used the paid unlock.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't usually pro-rate partial months, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used it, write in and we'll take a look.
How to ask
Email support@mockabrew.com PLACEHOLDER inbox, not live yet with your checkout email, the date and a short note on what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Card disputes
Please contact us first. Most issues are fixed in a single reply. A chargeback freezes the order and access while Stripe reviews it, which is slower for you.
