1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Mockabrew, operated by Ali Termos as [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name]. By using mockabrew.com or buying a kit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Mockabrew is a browser-based tool that places your designs onto product mockup templates in bulk. Rendering happens on your device. The free demo needs no account and includes a limited number of downloads. Paid plans and kits unlock more.
3. Digital products and your license
When you buy a plan, unlock or offline kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and engine to make mockups for your own products or your clients' products.
- You may: use exported mockups commercially in shop listings, ads, social posts and client work.
- You may not: resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the templates, kit files or engine, alone or bundled as a mockup pack, or present them as your own.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Mockabrew to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, make illegal or hateful content, try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around download limits or payment.
5. Intellectual property
You own your designs and keep all rights to them. We claim nothing in what you upload to your own browser. Mockabrew owns the site, brand, Steam M mark, templates and code. You're responsible for having the rights to whatever designs you mock up.
6. Payments
Payments run through Stripe (including Stripe Payment Links). Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Delivery is digital and usually instant. See our Refund policy.
7. Disclaimer
Mockabrew is provided "as is". We work hard for clean, realistic results, but we don't promise it's error-free, uninterrupted, or works on every browser or device, or that mockups will meet a particular marketplace's rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mockabrew isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost sales or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. We may suspend access for clear misuse. You can stop using Mockabrew at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
